I’ve been mostly dilligent about food. No dairy, no wheat, no nightshade vegetables. Plenty of sugar, though. OK, so delete the sugar, salmon and rice crackers (my menu for the last 2 days, in case you care: rice crackers, smoked salmon, organic sausage, sweet tea, juice, soy pumpkin spice chai latte)- move to sweet potatoes (no butter), pears. No lamb. What say you, Internet? Do I have Candida? My online quiz results say no, but as I get sick whenever I eat anything… I wonder.
