Easter 2006 will forever be referred to as The Day Sugar Took Over The World. ToddlerA has followed me around the house ALL DAY today, nodding and pointing and scolding until a jelly bean or 2 end up in her hot little hands. Yesterday, the Easter Bunny tried to trick her by filling all her eggs with Tings but as soon as she figured out what filling rattled around in her sister’s eggs, she began thrownig the Ting-filled eggs aside while begging for jelly beans and skittles.
You can’t see it very well in this picture, but the lovely and amazing Carla sent ToddlerA the most amazing hand-knit poncho. I am in perptual awe of anyone who can knit; I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Carla and I are the unlikely marriage of craigslist and LA isolation. I spend way too much time wishing I could talk Carla into migrating east. Once I saw what she can do with a set of knitting needles, I did consider offering my good friend room and board in exchange for the occasional custom garment.

And Here’s a small taste of TeenHer’s natural gift-Click on the image to head over to flickr for a look at the latest in photographic easter finery.
